Nhat Ha 1 Hotel has been granted to reach the standard of a three-star hotel, a complex including 55 rooms, 1 restaurants. They all are well-equipped with modern facilities and luxury décor style.

All rooms rate included buffet breakfast, but excluded 5% service charge and 10% VAT (subject to the Government policy)

Depending on high or low seasons, the Hotel has policy of cancellation charge

As per the law, a foreigner cannot share a room with a citizen of Vietnamese without a certificate of marriage as a proof. The property may reject the booking or request that a second room be booked upon failure to do so.

Early check in:
In case of check in between 08:00 am and 10:00 am, guests will additionally be charged 50% rate of the first night.

Late check out:
In case of check out in between 02:00 pm and 06:00 pm, guests will additionally be charged 50% rate.
In case of check out after 06:00 pm, guests will additionally be charged 100% rate.

Policy for cancelation: When making reservation via hotel web-page or directly with the hotel reservation department, we invite you to pay attention to below:

• Any cancellation received within 1 days prior to the check-in will not be charged any fee

• Any cancellation received in this day will be charged an extra 50% on the reserved room rate.

• In case guests can not arrive as schedule at the Hotel, it is deal with “no-show” and rate will be charged the first night of previous reservation.

Pets Policy:
Guests are not allowed to accompany their pets during staying at the hotel.
